When you commission us to undertake research, you will receive:

• Research notes and report
• Photocopies (if requested)
• Advice on any further research required

Work will be completed (where possible) within 4-6 weeks of the agreed start date. For work outside Melbourne or for longer projects, a research framework will be negotiated in advance, and a report will be submitted within a week of the end of the agreed research period.

We try to offer competitive prices, whilst reflecting the depth of experience and specialist knowledge of our researchers. All rates quoted throughout this site exclude the cost of photocopies and travel expenses to all non-major archives. No photocopies will be made, or inter-state archives visited, without prior consultation
