Steph Hagan

Steph studied Modern History at Jesus College, Oxford and has worked as an archive researcher since 2016, after spending 20 years in the private and not for profit sectors. She works on a wide range of genealogical projects and house histories and has contributed to the ninth series of the Australian Who Do You Think You Are?.

She has a particular interest in the history of businesses and the social and economic role they have played in shaping communities. In addition to her work for Sticks, she works for private clients and is an associate of Bean Research, supporting corporates and charitable foundations with evidence-based research and impact assessments.

Steph has a complementary academic background in Design with a Masters degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design; and is experienced in creating print, online and media content. She is also a school governor at a local primary school.
